  • Lots range in size from approximately 0.6 acres to over 3 acres, each thoughtfully designed to preserve trees and provide natural buffers between homes.

  • Yes. Every home must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to construction.

    Design standards include:

    • Minimum living area:
      2,400 sq. ft. for lots under 1 acre,
      2,750 sq. ft. for lots over 1 acre.

    • 80% masonry (stone, brick, or stucco).

    • Side-entry garages are required.

    • Outbuildings are allowed with approval.

    • Septic systems are required on each lot.

  • Yes. Homeowners will be part of the Woodford West Homeowners Association (HOA). Membership is mandatory and ensures the neighborhood maintains its quality and integrity.

  • Construction can begin after final plat recording, ARC approval, and utility readiness. We are expecting the neighborhood to be build ready in Q4 of 2026.
